Gantt Chart for Task Force Activities

Fed has started to compose a gantt chart, but it needs collaborative efforts to complete it.

The chart can be viewed here. The group reviewed the chart and added more detail.

Each column on the spreadsheet represents one week.

Previously the group had discussed holding a workshop with planning starting around Sept/October 2021.

Before the workshop, we need to identify what software will be needed based on recommendations from the SC, which are currently being gathered via a form. These entries will need review.

Fed discussed how software projects will be reviewed, particularly those which are not in-kind contributions but still wish to be TVS software products.

TVS has a list of in-kind software projects that were originally proposed, but not which ones have actually been approved.

Points-of-contact for each software products were agreed to be essential to the effective review of the software. It was considered to be unavoidable that this person may be an international person themselves, and this should be managed on a case-by-case basis, by agreeing with the contributing team that they are happy to accept the contact person.

Michael asked how many international in-kind contributions were for software and Fed indicated that ~20 software projects were proposed, ~10 of which were fully directable.

Since reports are due by December, points-of-contact should be decided by the beginning of November.
